On leaves 2a-35b, the history of the Ferraro-Florentine Council in North Slavic idiom with Latin translation by Dionysius Czaday, an official of the Lectorate in Bibliotheca Vaticana; leaves 36-37, letter by Dionysius Czaday, hegumen of the St. Trinity Monastery in Vilna, later Bishop of Vilna, to Pope Pius VI about the above mentioned history; on leaves 38a-40b (ending missing), letter to Pope Sixtus IV from the magnates of Vilna, March 14, 1476.
